I worked at big box gyms, 5* hotel gym, boot camps, fitness studio etc. Over my years of experience I have developed great knowledge, skills and methods to coach clients and deliver results. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. Posture Assessment - using my National Academy of Sports Medicine corrective exercise specialisation I will identify your overactive and under-active muscles to reduce pains and aches and improve your mobility and flexibility
Nutrition Assessment - using in-depth questionnaire I will identify what are your nutritional habbits, preferences and requiraments
Fitness Assessment - you will need to perform and my given exercises to identify your current fitness level, so I could build a most suitable exercise programme
Lifestyle Assessment - using in-depth questionnaire I will assess your current lifestyle, habbits and readiness to fit the whole programme around your lifestyle
Preparation - once completed all of the assessments you will need to follow the steps to prepare yourself for the start of your transformation
Planing - based on your lifestyle we will map out what needs to be done and by when, set realistic and achievable goals.
Meal Plan- I will create a personalised meal plan based on all of your nutrition assessment results and tailored to your goals. Tat will de day by day and meal by meal plan with the nutritional infromation
Recipes- I will include some tasty and easy to follow recipes for you to try out, so you wouldnt get bored.
Food Shopping List- Based on your meal plan you will receive a food shopping list so you wouldn't need to think about what ingredients you need to buy.
Customised Exercise Programme (Home & Gym Based) - I will be using your assessment data to build you a customised workout programme suited to your body and goals. This will take into account your current ability, exercise preferences and available exercise equipment. Whether it is home or gym based, the workout will suit you
Corrective Exercise Plan - Based on your posture assessment I will create a corrective exercise plan to improve your posture
Mobile App - you will be using the app to access your workouts and track them. I will be using the app to track your workouts, progress, nutrition, meassurments etc.
Regular one to one - Every week we will arrange to meet up or join the video chat to answer your questions, go through the progress, correct your training techniques to make sure that everything is on track.
Daily Check-in - You will be tracking your food intake through the app where I will be able to check daily to make sure you stay on track. Each week you will be submitting your photos and measurements for review.
Progress Tracking - Each week you will be submitting your measurements for review. Photos done every other week.
